Customers in the Healthcare, Educational, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail markets. We
also provide an extensive range of services to our Customers, including C.O.S.H.H. training and
equipment servicing and repairs. |

direct to you, on either our own fleet of vans or our chosen carrier. Your order will be delivered to

| The History of W&P |

| So how has our family business survived through two World Wars, economic depressions and most
challenging of all - changing times? We believe it is because we have had the courage to find new
markets and opportunities. Great credit can be accounted to two ladies; Pam Parrish and Catherine
Parrish. Pam is still a Director and helped the business through difficult times and Catherine ran the
Company during the last war when her son Eric was away in the army. |

| In the early days the business supplied Blacksmiths and Wheelwrights. Deliveries were
made every quarter throughout Sussex by horse and cart. When Eric Parrish realised the Blacksmiths
trade was in decline, he started a Builders Merchant business. When Michael Parrish took over, he
realised that the company premises in Lewes was unsuitable so bought a Warehouse in Hailsham
and started a new business in Industrial Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies. Now Nicholas and Alasdair
have guided the company into new markets in Healthcare and Medical products. |
