Contracts Manager
The applicant should be a hardworking, honest, reliable person with a proven track record in Sales and experience of managing people. They will be a confident presenter and negotiator plus used to dealing with professional buyers and building relationships. They should be ideally educated to a minimum of A-Level standard, have good IT skills, live with 1 hour of Hailsham and be applying for the long term.
Contracts Manager is a new position, where the person will manage and develop existing contracts plus be responsible for obtaining new contracts. It will involve deputising for Field Sales Manager.
The position attracts a good basic salary with additional reward based on obtaining new business. Being a new position the applicant is expected to develop in the role as it evolves, which will mean acquiring new skills and knowledge. A company car and laptop will be provided. W&P has a contributory pension scheme.
