1 To enter: No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries must be received by no later than the closing date stated (if applicable) on the competition advert/promotion and/or entry form. By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. (Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid).
2 Winner announcement: The winner will be notified personally either by email, telephone or private Facebook message (inbox) as soon as practicable after the closing date.
3 Eligibility: The competition is only open to employees of all United Kingdom and Channel Island organisations except those who at any time between the start date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive) are employees of Wightman & Parrish ('the Promoter'), any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.
4 The prize: All prizes are exclusive of the cost of haulage (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. The Promoter may, at the winner’s request and cost, arrange haulage. If haulage is provided by the Promoter the cost of haulage shall be paid by the winner before delivery. No cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The prize cannot be sold on by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw a prize at any time if it appears on eBay or any other reseller platform, or if the Promoter learns by other means that the winner is selling it on.
7 Winner publicity: Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, company and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
8 Entries: All entries will become the property of the Promoter on its receipt of them and will not be returned. Entrants hereby assign to the Promoter all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
9 Winning entry details: The name of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes within three months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to Wightman & Parrish, Station Road Industrial Estate, Hailsham, BN27 2QA, requesting details of the winning entry.
